  In our workshops we can manufacture recovery units start from start to finish, either from our own choice of truck body or customers own supplied vehicle. Our team of technician are skilled in:

  • Advising and consulting or suitable vehicle bodies for and equipment for a range of recovery vehicle types and their intended purpose.

  • Welding, cutting and modifying vehicle bodies for use in appropriate methods of recovery/rescue.

  • Selecting, fitting and adapting cranes, lifts, booms and winches suitable for the vehicles recovery purpose.

  • Design and fit of full hydraulic systems, pipes, valves and compressors.

  • Customization of all functional electrics, plus beacons, lights and strobes.

  • Painting and finish of coachwork and livery to showroom standard.

All welded steel construction to specification ST-37-2 or equivalent
