Heavy duty H-beams will be mounted on the top of the sub frame with inner steel tubes to enable the flat bed from moving horizontally.
Hollow tube will be used as cross members with a minimum pitch of 170 mm for extra strength. MS Checkered plates will be fitted on the top of the cross members. 120mm height will be used on the side of the flat bed as a cornet protection.

In our workshops we can manufacture recovery units from start to finish, either form our own choice of truck body or froma customers own supplied vehicle.

Cargo body will be manufactured with special reinforcement of steel structure inside designed especially for long distance land transportation. Heavy duty U bolts will be provided to retain the Cargo body to the chassis. left and right side safety guards and rear bumper will be provided with reflected stickers. A total of five (05 nos) doors, two (2) on each side and One (1) rear door with clear opening for loading and unloading.

Internal and External Grill Frame will be made of suitable Hollow tubes. MS Angel's will be on to the frame of the grill. Suitable hinges and locks will be single leaf and opening type. Side Grills will be fixed to then door with full opening.

Body main frame will be manufactured with suitable hollow tubes. Outside Cladding will be made with suitable MS Sheet for front panel rear panel and other parts of the body. Container will be manufactured with special reinforcement of steel structure inside designed especially for long distance land transportation. Heavy duty U bolt will be provided to rear bumper will be provided with reflective stickers. A total of five(05nos) doors, two (2) on each side and One (1) rear door with clear opening for loading and unloading.
